Adult Classes

Limber up and stay flexible with Fluid’s adult yoga sessions, running every Tuesday from 8:30am to 9:45am for 75 minutes of calming Vinyasa yoga. Starting at AED199 per person, this isn’t like your typical outdoor yoga classes, you’ll be treated to a 25% discount on a healthy set menu of breakfast bites and beverages as well as a pool pass to cool off after you’ve unwound those knots. Kid Classes

Your little ones are also welcome to get stretching at Fluid’s yoga classes for kids, where little yogis from the ages of 3-6 can join every Wednesday for 30 minutes of fun from 4pm to 4:30pm at AED149 for one and AED659 for a party of 5. Big kids from the ages of 6-10 aren’t left out, with 45 minutes of kids yoga and activity from 4:45pm to 5:30pm starting at AED169 for one and AED699 for a group of 5.
